.50 lbs of Lamb meat, small Lamb  broth, tortillas, lime, onion-cilantro and salsas.

2 pounds of lamb/ 2 libras de barbacoa 

1 liter of lamb broth/ 1 litro de consome

Corn Tortilla en Mozzarella Cheese with options of: Huitlacoche, White Mushroom or Zucchini.
